YRG employs a multiphase process to assist clients in defining and reaching their sustainability goals with regard to existing facilities and operational practices. This process is intended to facilitate best practices in general or LEED-EB certification specifically in an efficient manner by:

• Examining current practices and performance levels
• Developing greenhouse gas baselines and management programs
• Establishing stakeholder commitment levels and objectives for building improvements
• Mapping and coordinating efforts among multidisciplinary team members
• Managing data and documentation for reporting
